7zip
« on: September 13, 2017, 05:35:26 PM »
Interestingly, 7zip can open exe/obj/lib files as well.
A few lines in a batch file can generate an inc from a lib (that's how I make 64-bit inc files from the latest sdk)

Well worth a donation.

I thought you were joking but when dragging a lib file over C:\Program Files\7-Zip\7zFM.exe, I can see the single obj files inside. Is that a documented feature, or a hidden personal tool of 7-Zip programmers?

I use 7-zip a lot. Unfortunately, the DLL is not accessible from a coder's viewpoint. No docs :(

Sure. That's why the web is full of little projects that use the DLL ;)
