The Davos Forum has met again where they insist on the danger to nature. Many liters of water are used in making clothes, so one proposal is that we buy a maximum of three items of clothing a year and that we should even demonstate that one of our pants has broken in order to buy another. Cow farts create holes in the ozone layer, so they're taxing cows (no kidding). We should eat less meat and focus more on the insect diet. We should stop polluting with our cars. And all these measures would not apply to the heroes who meet in said forum, but to us, the sheep that they shepherd.
They are so concerned about the environment that they continue to insist that Europe and North America accept more than a billion "climate" refugees, that is, immigrants. Without it seeming that they have taken into account that the more people, the more spending, the more pollution. This will come at a later stage I guess.
Meanwhile, the mayor of New York has declared that they can no longer handle immigration, that they are overwhelmed. When recently declared "sanctuary" for immigration. And now it turns out that they are no longer a sanctuary nor can they take on more immigration. And nothing happens? I imagine that he will not go to jail for those disastrous consequences derived from his demagogy.
They are destroying the productive fabric based on the climate emergency. When at a certain moment we recognize that we have devastated the economy and that we will have to tighten our belts (a lot), what will happen? Will someone pay for their demagogy?

we are fast heading for the dark age, but it's by design and not by negligence or stupidity
the plan is for open borders and without any rights, no rights over yourself or your property

so new winter, spring, fall, summer clothes bigger size each year *number of kids in family
what happens to a Cow that fails to declare taxes right and kinda is taxcheater?
is it intelligent enough to declare taxes?,and probably wont understand why it is punished

@caballero, you guys are really too much. For one thing, you seem to believe everything you read, at least those things that reinforce the beliefs you already have.
So let's look at Davos, shall we? If you say that they are seriously proposing that everyone be limited to 3 new articles of clothing a year or whatever, let's stipulate that that's true. (I searched online for a reference to this but couldn't find any, but it certainly isn't unheard of for "left enviros" to make such radical demands. If you have a link I'd like to see it.)
So fine, let's say they made that proposal: do you actually think for a second that the elites who actually do run our world (and yes, they do exist whether or not you think such a notion is "conspiracy theory") would let such a thing happen? Do you think the industrialists and corporate capitalists and all the moneyed interests who actually get to decide what gets made and sold, legislatures and parliaments be damned, would ever fail to just squash such a proposal flatter than a bulldozed environmental protestor? No, of course not.
In the real world, fora like Davos have about as much political clout as, say the UN, and we all know how much power they actually have. When they wring their hands and cry that nation X should stop its aggression against Nation Y, does anyone really pay any attention to them? Have they ever stopped a war?
You guys claim that the Gretas of the world are Chicken Littles shouting that the skies are falling, but you know what? That's what you are, screaming that the "global elites" (WEF, World Bank, UN, etc., etc.) are engineering our future poverty in the name of Globalism and Environmental Salvation, when that's actually the last thing that the real elites would ever push for, as it would be disastrous to their collective bottom line.
Get real.

WEF declares countries need to respect global rules and says “we have countries that are respecting their national interest going beyond the rules”

How strange, I only see that a certain "Drew Hernandez" writes that on twitter. Is that an alias of Klaus Schwab?

Look, pal, you don't seem to have the slightest understanding of the difference between stating you want or intend to do something and the ability to do so, or the possibility of your plans succeeding.
So again, let's say for the sake of argument that what you posted is true (tbh, I didn't even bother looking at it). Does that mean that we should all be shaking in our boots because Klaus Schwab (or whoever) says they must establish a "new world order"? Does that mean that this new world order is imminent? that it will ever happen?
It's kind of like the hopes of one L.L. Zamenhof who had grandiose plans for uniting the world under one universal language, Esperanto. So how many people do you know who speak Esperanto?
-
Does that mean that we should all be shaking in our boots because Klaus Schwab (or whoever) says they must establish a "new world order"?
Besides, when looking at the current world order, I'd be curious to see what the guy proposes; can't be much worse
-
In OZ, we have succeeded last year in R_SOULING a clapped out conservative government and one of its members, Greg Hunt was a WEF clone, toeing the Claus Schwab line.
The last government went out of its way to offend the Chinese government who in turn clumsily applied sanctions to Australian exports, only to have to back down as they needed iron ore and had to free the coal ship hovering off their coast line to solve some of their energy and heating problems.
Fortunately the Chinese government has apparently abandoned the "Wolf Warrior" style of foreign policy which should help it restore some of the damage it did to its own "Belt And Road" program.
With NATO, it represents a relatively small percentage of the world's population and as its wheels fall off, its political/economic clout is dwindling, Russia, India and China are forming a new world economic order that is effectively bypassing Europe and the US via new trading connections.
New trade transit routes between Russia and Iran cannot be touched by the collective west and African nations are jacking up against European countries for their appalling history of exploitation in Africa.
It is very unfortunate to see both the US and Europe in decline, self inflicted stupidity on the part of both does not make sense, I have my suspicions that there are a bunch of KOMMIE PINKOES hidden in both governments willingly kissing the arse of China and Russia and the last desperate efforts to attack Russia and China are doomed to failure.

Just wait until that bloc decides finally to stop trading in $USD. Watch out: nuclear war won't be nothin' compared to that! (It's about time, too.)

Oh, c'mon, Steve, that's such antiquated thinking. Yeah, I know you're trying to be funny here, but KOMMIE PINKOES, really? Russia is no longer the least bit communist, and China is communist in name only (CINO?), really functioning under state capitalism.
But the bit about self-inflicted stupidity on our (the "west's") part, yeah, agree 1000%. And really a lot more than stupidity: in the case of Ukraine, it's the most cold-blooded, heartless and despicable intent possible: the decision to fight a proxy war against Russia in which no American gets so much as a paper cut while the supposed object of salvation, Ukraine, is utterly destroyed and tens of thousands killed. Their blood is on our hands, as well as on Russia's.

Its just a variation of "Reds under the bed"(1), it has a good historical feel to it. I am still fascinated at the number of actions from politicians and government officials in the west that are producing policies that directly benefit Russia and China, maybe some of them have been compromised after being caught with their pants down and are beholding to keep the exposure silent.
(1) In my era "Reds In Bed" was a far better option but thats probably how they got caught with their pants down.

Russia, India and China are forming a new world economic order
So for you, forming a new world economic order is not evil per se, but you prefer the RIC version over the WEF version, right? Can you list some of the pros and cons of RIC vs WEF? I am a curious person, I know
-
> So for you, forming a new world economic order is not evil per se
Its even worse, its just a matter of fact. We are at least allied with India.

So, as long as you are allied with India, you are ok with India's plans?
That sounds suspiciously similar to the current old world order, where we are allied with the U.S.

Mate, have you read "Red over Black" (https://veritasbooks.com.au/products/red-over-black-behind-the-aboriginal-land-rights-g-mcdonald).
I have ordered the book, but as a precursor, I watched the documentary (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yKbWUZLjpMk) that was made back in the 1980s.

Erdogan kinda blackmail Sweden to send back 100+ refugees before allow Sweden into NATO
Some hanged a doll upside down that looked like erdogan in front of parliament building
Today one right-wing politician are allowed to burn Koran in front of Turkey embassy, against and proturkey demonstration also today in Stockholm

Hi Shintaro,
I do have a reasonable grasp of the less than happy history of how indiginous Australians have been treated but I don't see it being related to my comments on the old platitude of "Reds under the bed".
Tell you a funny story, my dad had friends from Kempsey where he was a forman building the railway bridge there and years later, I was down at his place when 2 of his mates turned up in an old Holden. Both were as drunk as skunks, drank more while they were there and later drove off, still as drunk as skunks. They were happy drunks, a ton of fun, great humour and certainly not the stereo types associated with indiginous people.

@NoCforMe
I have heard that, I will look for it. Here the environmental impact produced by the textile sector according to the UN.

Well, they are already doing it. In Europe, the automobile industry has been destroyed, for example. They are putting all kinds of obstacles to agricultural production, prohibiting certain types of fertilizers and pesticides. In the Netherlands they have closed more than 3,000 farms because they supposedly pollute. Taxes and the prices of things rise, making small farms unfeasible.
Yes, it sounds crazy, but here we are. Do you think it is reasonable to allow the entry of any type of immigrant without restrictions? In the Canary Islands they were housed in 4 and 5 star hotels. Does it seem reasonable?
This is a Swedish socialist feminist MP. Maybe daydreamer can translate for us what she says in this post.

Doesn't that seem crazy?

Hutch,
Aren't the U.S. also an ally of Australia?

I have searched the web and I have found this on an official verification page, what it says is that the 3 units of clothing per year, not eating meat, etc. exists but it is not true that it is considered an imposition.

OK, so at this point it's nothing but a gigantic thought experiment.
Don't be freaked out by thought experiments. They're put out there all the time. Most of them are totally forgotten ten years later.

Sorry, my point was that the "Black industry" has been controlled and manipulated by the communists for a long time. Creating division and trying the get the UN and foreign bodies to govern over Australia for some time.
It is the typical "Divide and conquer" approach.
So the old adage of "Reds under the bed" was not far wrong, it is just that people don't see it.
Incidentally, and I would need to check it, Riccardo Bosi states that there is about 33 Billion given to indigenous Australians. To which sweet F-all gets to jack-jacky out in the nullarbor.

Interesting, so let me see.
Large corporations make plastics that take hundreds of years to break down, and it is the consumer's fault? Natural fibres such as hemp is banned over synthetic fibres and it is the consumer's fault.
Then the global greedy and morally corrupt fly their jets into Davos with their unjabbed pilots and dictate that people are the carbon emissions problem.
Crazy.

That last has nothing whatever to do with ideology: communism, socialism, whatever boogeyman you choose to try to scare people with. It's a simple matter of corruption, which is common to all human enterprises.
Some decades ago I was a housing activist in a poor American city, largely minority (black & Latino).I first heard a term there that was used by other activists, that is, people involved in what could be called "social justice warfare", not by their critics: poverty pimps. People who take advantage of handouts to non-profits for their own enrichment. Happens everywhere, all the time. (Which is why strict oversight is an essential part of actually delivering benefits and services to those who need it.)
-
jj,
> Aren't the U.S. also an ally of Australia?
We are allied to many countries, the UK, the US, the Kiwis, India, Japan, South Korea and I am sure there are others, the reason for mentioning India is that India is an emerging power in the vein of China, the US, Russia and a few others that hide their light behind a bushell.

Shintaro,
Just to add to what David has said, Charlie Perkins used to live just up the road from me and his whole family were well heeled with expensive cars, multiple inner city real estate and an expensive urban lifestyle. This is while there were camps of indiginous people living in squalor up around Kempsey and in many other places. The money spent for those most in need was being pissed against the wall by a few at the expense of the many.
During the last coalition government here in Australia, another scam was put in place, indiginous people in remote communities in west OZ and the NT were being controlled by a credit card in place of their pensions where they could only buy from government controlled "company stores" and were being charged some rediculous amount for their basic food requirements. The "company stores" were making a killling with this government controlled monopoly.

Yep, funny how being a pubic servant can be such a lucrative deal.
Corruption, of course people can be corrupt.
But if the goal is to corrupt people in order to eventually gain control, which is the communist's goal, then it works well.

Bullshit.
That's not actually the goal of communism at all, in the main; it's a side effect of corrupt individuals. (Like, say, Stalin.)

So how do they gain control then?
How do communists (or Communists) gain control? In the case of the Soviet Union back in the 1930s Stalin gained control by taking advantage of the power vacuum left after Lenin's death, and with the connivance of some party members in his camp. He took his opportunities, played his hand brilliantly, if not completely corruptly, and wrested control of the party and Politburo from Trotsky.
Read some history and you'll understand clearly.
BTW, "taking control" isn't always necessarily the ominous spell of doom that people make it out to be these days. Sometimes the only way to fix an unbearable situation is to seize power, by force if necessary, which is what happened in 1917 in Russia. The alternative was to live under worsening grinding poverty and backwardness in a serfdom. This is why revolutions happen.
Of course, there's no guarantee that a revolution will stay true to its original legitimate goals. Nicaragua is a good case in point (and one that I have some famiiarity with as I was there in 1988 to see what's what); the Sandinistas had admirable intentions, including a good deal of humility, and we all had high hopes for Daniel Ortega. Well, Ortega turned out to be a real shithead who ended up throwing his comrades under the bus. So as in so many other case, simple human failings. No ideology is immune from that.
-
> How do communists (or Communists) gain control?
Using envy, resentment and laziness that we all carry inside.
