Thinking about it, he is not without use. Now that Milosevic, Bin Laden and Gadaffi are no longer with us, there has to be a bad guy to hate somewhere. The Chinese are too important as they keep the western economies going with both money and manufactured goods and the crazy Ayotollahs have too many buddies in Russia and China so it looks like the hapless Kim Jong junior is the current patsie.
Now about the only problem with accusing him of gouging the eyes out of the women, raping the camels and using the babies as human shields is that there are probably very few camels in North Korea. On the bright side in terms of propaganda, very few voters in western countries could pronounce Kim Jon Un let alone know where Koea is so it should be o big deal to do a Photoshop dressing up of North Korea's fearless leader with a cheap Chinese tea towel wrapped around his head so he looked like Yasser Arafat, dig out a copy of Ray Steven's Aye-hab the Aye-rab and with a decent video faking it could look like an arab terrorist racing across the sands of Saudi Arabia ready to wage war on the infidels with his rusty sword. :P

No, we need Kim Jung Un to revitalize the Red Communist threat.
With China and Russia having greater economic reform and a pseudo-captialism approach, we need the Great Red North to throw gas on the dying embers of the McCarthy-istic terrorism fears.
Cuba is out of the running, we only got Venuzula and N. Korea left. Ol' Chavez is still the southern hemisphere bad guy. We need a northern boogy man. How else is Hollywood going to be able to sell their Alaska being invaded by Communist movies and the overstock of Kim Jung Il action figures (obviously we'll have to rebrand them).
