yes it is latest but still developing
Ketil  hasnt published this version on his web site:

I would expect something from Ketilo himself.

Anything else is IMHO suspicious :D

Let us wait and see ... maybe Ketilo will post the current version / link.

Otherwise we will have to dig up older archives ...  ;)
