Killed everything in the folder and all the exe. Finally it deleted the setup. :( ! Dunno what to do now !

Simple, either find settings that allow development software or get rid of it and use professional AV scanners if you need them.
A computer set up to protect non-technical users from themselves is no use for development tasks, have a look at the download page for configuring your computer and securing it.

NIS is also named "The yellow pest".
Now you know amongst other things why...
Once installed it is almost impossible to remove this piece of crapware from your system.
Even the provided removal tools are crappy and leave a lot of ressources from NIS on your system.
The only way to remove it totally is to reinstall your Windoze.

i guess that must be version dependant
i have had good luck with the norton removal tools
which, by the way, is my all-time favorite program - lol

One way around this problem is to keep an updated AV/Malware scanner on one system, and use it to scan suspect files/directories on other systems across your network. By limiting the scanner to read-only access it can find the potential problems, but not screw anything up.
