Title: 64 bit version of Zoomin.

I have modernised the interface, manifest etc ....

Does not seem to do anything better than the 32 bit version but it works OK.

Under the Microsoft licence agreement I am not allowed to distribute the source code but it can be found in the Win2000 PLATFORMSDK in the examples.
