Lately, I have not been able to use any of the function icons to perform what it is intended to do (such as for changing text to bold, or its font size, or even inserting smilies). However, I can insert HTML tags with success but it's a nuisance.
Before I start blaming Win10 again, is there something I should change somewhere in my setup to allow the use of such icons???
Don't know about current Win 10 browser and its settings but the problem looks like javascripts are restricted to run on the page.
I have Windows 10 and have also the same problem on several forums.
