I have just finished the preliminary production of equates from the VC2015 set of headers. There are just under 13 thousand and they have been tested with ML64 for errors and duplicates. I have commented out certain duplicates which are multiple versions depending on if they are UNICODE and the version I have left may not be the correct one for Win64.
