Title: Masmbasic and ml.exe
Post by: clamicun on March 27, 2018, 04:52:39 AM
Trying to compile programs (I know they work) with a new computer and new installed masm32.
Message :
You CANNOT use the MasmBasic library with
the old ml.exe version 6.14 - use UAsm instead
What does this mean ... What does mean "UAsm" ?

Hi Clamicun,

Go here (http://www.terraspace.co.uk/uasm.html#p2) and download uasm246_x64.zip
Then extract UAsm64.exe to \Masm32\bin

Afterwards, everything should be back to normal. Let me know if there any problems.

Cheers,
Jochen

Thank you.
I changed the name of uasm64.exe to ml.exe and put it into masm32\bin .
Everything seems to work fine .

Yes, that's the latest one. I am working on a new one, but there are some really tricky new things, so it may take a while.
