Title: Replacements for missing pages in MASM32 Help file.

At some time after the help file was created, Microsoft changed how CHM files were read and rejected topics with a dot prefix, standard notation for MASM reserve words. There is not a simple fix for the help file so I have attached the HTM source files for the damaged pages. Unzip the attached zip file in a directory and you can read them with a web browser.
