Found it! For those, who ever will need it: search for the "Visual C++ 6.0 Processor Pack"
It contains ML 6.15.8803 :biggrin:

on Iczelion's site, you will also find a patch for that version that fixes a small command-line issue

It's also included in the GeneSys SDK (http://pbrennick.freehosting.net/), if I'm not mistaken
