This turned up today, 2 months after I ordered it. I have to finish off the one I am working on before I can set it up and test it but if all is well, it is a formula for a very low cost computer using an Intel Xeon and DDR4 memory. The total cost in AU dollars was about $186.00 AU for the board, E5-2620v3 processor and 8 gig of memory.
You can find the Intel specs for it here,

Steve,
I haven't built a rig in ages and would enjoy a video of you putting it together.

James,
I have just closed the box I have just built, everything works, got all of the cables inside the box (just) and it is a good performer, an i7 5820k 6 core clocked at 4 gig. I have shot some video on the way but will have to do some more.
The Chinese board will be a lot easier as its a "play" model (if it works) to test Xeon processors and since I refuse to pay for another Win10 64 Pro, it will probably get Mint Linux 20 on it.

I agree on that+ages since I did casemodding too,so maybe I should casemod something in MASM32/64 theme?
