There are only minor changes in version 5, slightly larger display font size and dark colour scheme, both to reduce the eyestrain using it. You will need to set up the binaries but its no big deal to do.
It generates "boilerplate" windows API code to save having to re-invent the wheel and produces a 15k Window with a menu, status bar, manifest and version control block so it should not have any problems with all but the crappiest AV scanners.
