Title: Eset Smart Security

Thanks for any help.
Eset during a scan shows many "unable to open" messages.
The Eset site is so difficult that I can not get an answer there.
Hope someone here familiar with ESET can help me.

Jack,

just did a quick read of the Eset site and it appears that you must run the AV scan as administrator or you don't have the privilege level necessary to scan those files.
