Title: Side hobby for wife

Hi there, background: the wife is from the FreeState (farmgirl)
and thus does not consume normal lady drinks. She's more a
hardcore (40 - 50 % AVB) downgraded with mix (cola & stuff)
hellcat. So, making homemade distill makes sense at volume.
We are in pseudo resession globally afterall.
In short, I present my first attempt = brandy, which after
crowd testing has gotten rave reviews. A great hobby for
(highly rewarding) those interested.

Hi Rudi, looks like a ton of fun. I had a friend who is no longer with us who was a wizard at home brew and distilled spirits. Her and her husband ran their own brew shop and while he was into beer, she was the expert in distilled spirits.

The ones I tried were about 50% by volume alcohol which is reasonably powerful, she had done some higher but it was just about rocket fuel.

If you wanna party with a woman,it's good to have box of white wine,or many 7.5% ciders
I avoid drinking red wine and champagne, gives terrible headache
