Title: Anyone heard of Magic CV (Magic CodeView)?

I was wondering if anyone had used or is familiar with Nu-mega's Magic CV? (MCV.exe)
Apparently it allows CodeView to work with SoftICE?
I can't even find it on the Russian sites.
