herge installation problems

 Hi hutch:

 I have downloaded Masm32 Version 11.
 When I press ok nothing happens.
 I presume the problem is at my end.
 I turned anti-virius off.

That doesn't really tell me much. There is no OK button, you click on the "Install" image which is a bitmap button.

 Pick drive c:
 OK or cancel
