Rosasm to assemble 64 bit PE

hi as promised, I will be gently harrassing the team to update RosAsm to produce 64bit PEs...

i´ll put it on the todo list, but no immediate plans, since i´m the only one that is actually updating it, and i still have lots of things to implement before migrating to 64, ok ?
