Old guys

I might be the oldest cuss on this forum. :)

I decided to simplify my life, so I DUMPED my cell phone.

I am trying to to get a line quality of my POTS line.

I tried AT%Q, but it returns 000 which is incorrect because I have so much line noise.

For more years than I care to admit, I used AT&T and had very few problems, but now my carrier is Veri#on.

They don't answer my emails.

Any ideas ? (Other than FCC and Texas Utility Commission. )
