The link worked for me OK, I have the file and it will open with Win 10 "write.exe".

there are a lot of dead links in this thread
even the msdn download link is dead

i managed to find version 11 in DOCX format
if someone would like to convert it to PDF, that would be great
index and contents, even better  :biggrin:
