What program are you trying to run help from? Step us through it.

The old help files could run scripts, download from the internet, all those lovely exploitable things.
Microsoft discontinued it, but funny how Flash does the same thing and is still around.

Hi Sinsi,
Not exactly sure what info you need. Here is some more info and if that is not what you
need I will try to supply it.
Also the changes I made to the registry do not stay put. I could find "Modify" but
saw no way to save the changes. So the offending message "_elbasuer" keeps
coming back.
Running Classic Shell, IE11, Windows 6.1-kb917607-x64.
To get to "help and support" I hit the "Start Button" then click on "Help and support"

Changes to the registry should stay, something running must be changing them back.
Run msconfig, disable all startup programs, reboot and see if the changes stick.

I have attached a copy of the system configuration.
I think, but am not certain, that the "HP Beats" is changing the registry.
I only have it in there as I was not certain that IDT PC Audio would work.

All of my efforts to delete the last two items have failed. Sendori is a program
that I got shoved down my throat and Secunia is one I never should have put
on my computer.
