Somehow I managed to delete "C99" from the computer.
What brought this to my attention was that a program that I was compiling
shot out the error that excpt.h and rpc.h could not be found.
Fortunately I have this habit of backing up GoAsm to a dvd.
Simply copying C99 from the DVD to the GoAsm folder solved the problem.
