I really like something like this. Im curious about the inner working of some structure of IC/circuit. Anyone had more?

more for that family ?
or more for other IC's ?

there are millions of IC's out there
you can usually go to the manufacturer's website and get a data sheet
for something complex as a CPU, they sometimes have entire books instead of data sheets
to get them, you might have to pay $
but - if you know a sales representitive, you can beg a little and get them for free   :P
i have a room-full of old data books, which Zara makes me keep stored out in the shed   :(
a few, i keep inside - the old TI TTL data book - and motorola CMOS data book - can't live without those

http://www.mips.com

MIPS is a RISC type architecture - but, it's also a brand name   :P

MREAL macros - when you need floating point arithmetic while assembling!
