Jwasm and the vc++ Intel library

[TouEnMasm]

I have tried to compile the:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\VC\crt\src\intel\*.asm
with Jwasm and couldn't say it's a real success.
Perhap's is there here a little modify to do.
