Why am I having such a hard time uploading my avatar image?

i think i used a PNG image for mine - maybe a GIF

if you continue to have problems....

1) send me the image
2) temporarily change your password and PM me with the temp one
3) i will log into your account, set the image, and log out
4) change your password back

trying to troubleshoot the issue via "do this and don't do that" is a waste of time   :lol:

I finally got it to work as a 130px by 130px .png image. I used the Windows 7 Snipping Tool instead of right-clicking and copying the image from the website. I'd say this thread is as good as solved :t
