Would we be able to update the chm in the HJWASM packages with yours?
(At some point we need to update it in general with the contents of the 2.13/2.14 hjwasm extensions)..
Ideally we need to write a "proper" manual... *nudge wink* ;)

That's not tool - jast file "hm.css" (got from HelpMaker) with html stylesheet for tech documentation stored in it, after decompilation - adding links to it, and compilation chm again.

Option -Zd: Emit Line Number Debugging Info ... Debuggers that have been verified to work with this option:

According to this post, it should work with Olly, too, and I remember having seen it in action. However, right now I can't reproduce it :(

Anyway, line numbers work (\masm32\MasmBasic\Res\SkelTryCatch.asc built with RichMasm, using JWasm and link.exe):
