Unfortunately only yellow filter survived but when I was small boy I remember a broken red filter.

No great loss, a red filter was only really useful with black and white film to increase the contrast range. You used it on photos of clouds to give them more depth.

Today I've found a photo shop which supports photo printing from films .  Kodak Color Plus 200 is the only available film.
Now I have to refresh theory.

That will work fine, ASA 200 still have a good grain structure and you should get very good detail with it.

Hutch,
I found 3 films all  13-14 years old. If you don't mind  I can upload some photos as example  of  my old camera capabilities  and remove them later .

If they have stored it properly, it still should be OK. Old film tends to shift a bit in terms of colour but it still usually looks OK after its developed and printed. I vaguely remember that it is prone to a magenta shift and the quality of development can assist the colour accuracy if they know what they are doing. Just post the images, once they are finished with, I can just delete them.

Yesterday I've scanned the films at local photo lab.
Scanner: NORITSU KOKI QSS-32_33
Resolution: 3091x2048
Format: JPG

Sad to say but all of my earlier films are lost forever

These look good, they have been scanned at about 6 megapixel which is far too large to display at that size so I sized them down to 1024 wide which is still bigger than 35mm film was designed for, slightly sharpened them and I think they look good. The first one with the two cats is a very difficult photo to take as film does not have the contrast range of digital sensors and with bright back lighting it darkened the foreground.

I have no doubt that wherever you dad is now, he would have a smile to see something of his brought back to life again.
