Over 100 library modules !!!!

The m64lib is at last starting to look like a library, many more to go but its starting to become useful at last. For any language there is a mountain of hacky things that need to be done that are far from exciting but unless you have all of this mundane stuff you can't build the frameworks to create the fancy stuff.
