If anyone is coding FASM assembly, you can try out Fresh, it is designed for Windows, DOS, Linux, FreeBSD, BeOS, MenuetOS. It has an integrated resource tool as well. I've not used it for long, only for about half an hour and I don't even think I will use it because I mainly hate IDE's, but there might be someone who actually like IDE's.
