Wlan monitor

Just upgraded to windows 7 64 bit on my dell and lost my wifi monitor. Thought I'd try to write one. It's been a while since I looked at the Microsoft API's and they have changed the index again. I need a place to start, I wonder if anyone knows any appropriate API's for acessing wireless cards.
