I'm a little jealous of the Australians, a lot of escalopes and steaks are jumping and running in the bush. There is a lot of wine, rum, beer and "Melbourne Moonshine". There is mild and fine weather. I judge Australia by films "Crocodile Dundee", "The Thorn Birds" and "Australia" (with Nicole Mary Kidman)

Hi Mikl__, You would like much of OZ, east coast areas are pleasant and often get good weather but in general, OZ is big, hot and flat because it is a very old continent. One day if I end up not too old to do it, there are parts of Russia I would love to see, Urals, Dagistan, parts of the east and of course, the European side. So many things to see, you could not get to them all.

Good to see that you have been making good use of this thread every year.
Don't really care for the extra wide pictures though, I feel like they might spill out onto my desk out of the right side of the monitor and fall onto the floor.    

Another milestone for me, as I will have gotten to the age where I cross another decade boundary.
I'll give everyone a hint: my age is exactly divisible by 1, 2, 3, and 5. But I ain't tellin'
