You can use https://tunnelbroker.net/.
I use it many times, it is at least as fast as regular ipv4 connections and is a way to access internet ipv6 URLs for people that does not have ipv6 from the ISP (no one I know has that).

Configuration is a little tricky though, I can help if you have difficulties.

Almost all ipv6 enabled websites are dual stack, i.e, accept both ipv4 and ipv6 addresses. My own website is dual stack, the ipv6 address is http://[2a02:c205:2004:9655::4]. You can only reach it by this address if you have ipv6, of course.

Unfortunatly,Ipv6 don't arrive my place. so i can't be servered by any Ipv6 ISP.
i'll belive that this timer isn't too long.

That is what I was saying, almost no one has IPv6 internet access at home. That's where "tunnel brokers" come into scene (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tunnel_broker/).
