does anyone have a copy of winasmoo.inc re: Barry Kaulers book

i am reading Barry Kaulers book about windows programming and wondered if anyone has a copy of the include file winasmoo.inc they could send me as the cd didnt come with the book and im interested in trying out some of his ideas [ i realise there are implementations of object oriented programming on this site]
