Software eater   :skrewy:

I did have a tech helping me - and I appreciated his perseverance - though there's little more he can do - and malware bytes still eats our custom software to this day. Pretty rough when we spend the time, money, and effort on developing our own software and rolling it out to clients, just to have idiotic malware bytes comes and remove it. We paid thousands for this, but uninstalling it is going to increase productivity and quality of life around this office.

I had this new computer and i just installed it and it already said that i had 206 identified threats.

Used to be excellent - now too many false positives.
Used to be a truly excellent piece of software. Alas now it seems that their staff have decided to make political statements - so "politically incorrect" sites that are nonetheless TOTALLY clean of malware - are now given false positives.

I was told about this - visited some (admittedly) fairly right wing sites and yep, false positives with NO HINT of malware, just rather "right wing" material.

Be warned

Creative coders use backward thinking techniques as a strategy.
