Don't know what is said in the italian text. From the begining of the confinamente people usually go to balcon at 8:00 pm for 1 minute to clap as a sign of support for health personnel working in hospitals against covid. The police also spontaneously added to this practice to cheer, with lights and sirens. The interior minister has forbidden it.
