Is it Ok to leave my browser running all the time?

No one but me has physical access to my computer.

broadly speaking i think if you don't leave your browser open in sites that may contain malware and you also don't care too much about your privacy, then it will not be a big issue for you.  :icon_idea:
In terms of performance that's a broad thing too: the capacity of your computer (and os), how many apps you leave open (working) at the same time and which of them uses the internet... :icon_idea:

I agree with Felipe on not safe sites
the only annoying thing was when I ran a old PC game that change to lower resolution fullscreen mode, was every browser window had downsized very much, when I quit gaming

Depends on the web site- I've seen some running scripts that causes both fans on my Laptop to kick in.

It is best to close them, to be safe and secure.
