missing sdk64 files

wd appreciate if somebody cd email me the following missing files
[im using Linux hence its not easy to just download them form an MS sdk]
i can currently compile progs ok but cant debug these easily as no pdb etc

bin64 version is 14.0.23026.0 [approx 513Kb] .. ms140.....

They're in visual studio if you have it.

collected some binaries that are enough to build debug as well as release binaries
this is for masm32 -- (del)
if the set is OK I could collect simlar for masm64 (not planned, sorry)
