I was trying to download it from MSDN, but looks as if it´s no longer available:

Works like a charme, thanks. You need to change the extension to zip (it is zìp in the download)

There is also spy++ available with visual studio installations

winspy++ from catch22 works very well and comes with source.
Some time ago I built it for 64-bit and continues to work well.
