i search the source from ShineInHex.dll and last version.

inside that zip are a few zips
if you use 7-zip to unzip the individual files, you can look at file dates (not folder dates)
you can also browse the zips with explorer to see the original dates
if you use windows to unzip them, the dates are all set to the current time
