Windows update

2 computers - 1 running windows 7 pro 64-bit, 2 running windows 7 pro 32-bit.

I have been manually updating these computers for years.
The 64-bit computer is still updating windows.
The 32-bit computer has stopped updating windows.
It hangs on the Windows Update window. No error message.
To my knowledge I have not used any updates relating to Windoze 10
and will NEVER do so.
Does anyone else have this predicament?
