Hi habran,
It seems iPhones use Bluetooth Low Energy. (Bluetooth Smart)
MSDN says; With the Bluetooth APIs it is not possible discovering and pairing "Bluetooth Low Energy" devices.  :(
Creative coders use backward thinking techniques as a strategy.
