The Microsoft crapped up site

Seems you can no longer look up say "GetDeviceCaps".
At least I can't find out how to do it.
All they want to do is talk about the Wonderful windows 10!!!!!

You used to be able to go to the site and click on support and key in the
item you needed.
Surely some of you are having the same problem.
Or is there some other way to get the details like we used to do?
