Pelles C project for James Brown's WinSpy++ (https://github.com/strobejb/winspy)
Not tested, just compiled with many modifications to remove MS VC++ features.

Any clues why does this tool not working on .net apps?
it can't find any child windows like labels/edits/buttons - shows just parent class (named as "HwndWrapper....")
