Hi MASM32 Fans:

The Restore Points are Not REVERSIBLE I have wacked windows
because I could not turn off anti-virius programs.
So it went to computer shop for a re-install.

Not sure what you mean by not reversible. If you want to undo a restore you need to make a separate restore point prior to restoring. If you reinstalled there is no older restore points to restore to.
