there is a Masm v6.15 Patch program, that alters the executable
it might be what flags the AV

Are you sure it's MSE blocking it? I get a notice from IE's SmartScreen Filter but if I disable it MSE doesn't complain.

You are right ,when "IE:advanced Option,Security,smart screen" is disable,there is no more problem.
