Where can I find some good online docs (programmers manual, etc.) on MASM32? Thanks for your time! )

The help files are on the Help menu of the editor, start there. You will need to get the Intel manuals and access to either MSDN or one of the SDKs that have the later help files from their respective sites, Microsoft and Intel.

another valuable source could be the MASM Programmer's Guide which you can find here (http://people.sju.edu/~ggrevera/arch/references/MASM61PROGUIDE.pdf). And welcome to the forum.
