Print Page - Hidden process ?

I installed TClockEx which is a neat program that displays both time and date in the bottom right corner.

I attached the program in case someone wants to investigate.

Windows Task Manager does not show it in memory when it is loaded.

So, I tried EzProcess and it also does not show it.

Anyone know why ?

I am running Windows XP SP3.

it may be a shell extension - which doesn't show up as a process
