I have Windows 10 Pro.
When I call GetVersionEx it returns 6.2
I had the idea to add a manifest, it was hard!

I had to update Microsft Redistribuable... too
And now I get the correct version number : 10.0 not 6.2 or 6.3

before the 10586 build version it was not working.
