Title: 12 Extia pumo cows ... so what was the question i asked google ???

dear all
anyone care to explain to me what 12extia preprocessing is [ ive got a pre watershed .. [read child friendly]  attachment to the web  and probably am quite naive]
its either used or bypassed in the original windows include  [32 bit]

You don't need to use it. It used to provide a different form of prototype for direct addressing rather than the standard PE table at the end of the EXE file.

brilliant thanks  I have very little knowledge of the loader mechanism [ as used in say the cmd   exe ]   
If anyone can clue me in with a rough outline that might also help .. obviously im fairly familiar with the structure of the PE but a quick look at the load mechanisms indicates a whole range of types other than PE so i guess loading varies accordingly
