Title: Finding ml.exe in Visual Studo 2017

I have installed Visual Studio 2017 Community Edition, and the reference book I'm using suggests that I verify
that MASM was included in the package. I have used my "find programs" routine, and there's no sign
of ml.exe. Where would I go online to get a downloadable version of ml.exe, for 32-bit programs?
